Getting Started

What is MailDrips?
MailDrips provides a platform that allows our clients to create automated scheduled email campaigns. Each drip allows you to schedule the days and times to send each email based on a sequence design. Our suggestion is always to setup a sequence of 3 to 5 emails per drip for maximum results.
How long will my account take to activate?
MailDrips Free accounts are activated immediately. Paid accounts are activated once payment is received.
Does MailDrips send emails with SMTP or just Gmail and G Suite?
MailDrips currently does not allow connections to SMTP accounts. This is a planned upgrade in the near future. Currently, our service will connect you with your Gmail or G Suite Mail account to send emails.
If I'm not happy with MailDrips, will I get a refund?
If for any reason you're not happy with our services, MailDrips will provide a no question asked, 100% refund within the first 30 days.

Payments

What payment types does MailDrips accept?
MailDrips currently accepts PayPal and Credit / Debit Credit Cards. We process credit and debit cards using PayPal.
Does MailDrips provide a discount if I pay yearly?
MailDrips provides 2 months free services when services are paid with a yearly payment option.
How can I cancel?
MailDrips does not require a contract. To cancel, simply login to your account and click Account, and Close Account.
If I'm not happy with MailDrips, will I get a refund?
If for any reason you're not happy with our services, MailDrips will provide a no question asked, 100% refund within the first 30 days.

Email

Does MailDrips throttle my outbound emails?
MailDrips does not set a restriction on outbound email limits. Although, you will have the choice to set a throttle yourself inside of the settings options.
Does Gmail throttle my emails?
Gmail and G Suite both have email throttles. For information about Gmail throttle, please visit Gmail's Help here and G Suite Help here.

Branding & Customization

Can I change my email signature?
Yes. This can be completed inside the Settings.
Can I use Tags to personalize emails?
Yes. Currently, you can use tags for First Name, Last Name, Email, Current Date, Company Name, and Position. We plan to add additional tags, including custom tags, in the near future.
Can I track my emails?
You can currently track Open Rates, and Reply Rates with email sent via our platform. Only HTML emails can be tracked. Text email can not be tracked.

Contact Management

Can I manually add a single contact?
Yes. This can be performed in the Contacts > Add a Contact section.
Can I upload a CVS of bulk contacts?
Yes. This can be performed in the Contacts > Add Bulk Contacts section. Please ensure that you use our CVS template for uploading contacts. The CVS template can be found in Contacts > Add Bulk Contacts.
Can I delete a contact?
Yes. This can be performed in the Contacts section. Simple click Delete and click "Yes" when asked if you wish to perform the deletion.

Drip Management

How do I set which days the email will send for each drip?
When adding a new email to a drip, you'll enter how many days after the contact is added to the drip the email will be sent out. Setting 0 will send the email on the same day the contact is added.
Can I set my drip to not send on weekends??
Yes. This is an option inside the drip options where you can specify if the drip campaign can send emails on weekends. Each drip can be adjusted based on your preference.
Can I set the emails to send at a specific time?
Yes. Each email can be customized to send at a specific time. Currently, they will be sent out during the timezone you select inside your settings. MailDrips does plan to add additional support in the near future to send out based on the contacts timezone/location.
